Quality Assurance

We actively monitor the staff and services we provide. Each client has an assigned contract liaison officer who visits on a regular basis to review performance and act on feedback from both the client and staff.

On going feedback is actively sought from both clients and as part of our quality assurance plan we ask clients to complete an appraisal form on the service we provide every three months.

Training:

All our staff undergo an induction programme before being placed with a client. We provide regular training programmes for all our health care assistants and staff are encouraged to undertake personal professional development training.

Complaints:

We have formal complaints procedure (available on request). We will investigate all complaints received vigorously and all parties will be kept fully informed at all stages of the investigation.
