We constantly monitor our support workers and services that we provide. We entertain and work on all types of feedback be it negative or positive from the service users, their families, the community including support workers.
On going feedback is actively sought from both service users and as part of our quality assurance plan we ask service users to complete an appraisal form on the service we provide every three months.
All our support workers undergo an induction programme before being placed with a client. We provide regular training programmes for all our health care assistants and support workers are encouraged to undertake personal professional development training.
We have formal complaints procedure (available on request). We will investigate all complaints received vigorously and all parties will be kept fully informed at all stages of the investigation.
