Staff Training & Development

Home Care Staff are trained on an ongoing basis.

This is to ensure that our staff have the necessary skills, experience and qualifications to meet the needs of all our service users.

Mandatory training courses for Home Carers include;

• Adult Protection
• Lone Working
• Food Hygiene
• Emergency Aid
• Medication
• Moving & Handling

Many of our Home Carers hold NVQ2 certificate in Care.
